April 21, 2026
The second block takes place on April 27 and 28.
Building on the basics of how AI models work and how this relates to research in linguistics, as discussed in Block 1, Block 2 offers a focused look at how scholars can work with AI models in practice, with particular attention to prompting and prompt engineering, as well as to research design, experimental control, and the avoidance of hallucinations.
The workshops can be attended both as a block and individually.
